  1. I'll do whatever, I have no conflicts right now. We can do it earlier too if we need to, like 7, or what not.

  3. Does anyone think it's necessary to have a training day where you run 2 or three times in a 24-hour period? The most (run) training I've done is practice my longest leg (8 miles). What have y'all been doing?
